Delivery Information and Carriage Charges

Tilgear do not apply any carriage charge to orders above £85.00 including VAT and within the UK mainland.

If your order is less than £85.00 then the carriage charge will be £5.99 including VAT(£5.10 before VAT).

If you need your order urgently we do have a special delivery before 12 next day ( available for orders placed before 3pm). The charge for this service is £11.69 including VAT (9.95 before VAT) and can be chosen from the drop down at the shopping basket stage.

If you are ordering from Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) then the carriage charge will be £9.95 including VAT(£8.47 before VAT).

If you are ordering from Channel Islands (JE/GY postcodes) then the carriage charge will be £14.95 per order.

If you are ordering from Republic of Ireland then the carriage charge will be £14.95 including VAT(£12.72 before VAT) per order.

Please note that we no longer ship overseas. We regret having to take this action but rising and hidden costs have no made this prohibitive.

For orders of over 2kg, high value and UK Mainland we use UK Mail carrier firm.

For orders under 2kg we use Royal Mail.

For Northern Ireland,Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland we now use UK Mail.

It is important to be in to receive your courier deliveries!

If you are ordering from outside the UK mainland the carriage charge will be adjusted once you get to the final payment stage.

Our website system will inform you once item(s) are packed and then despatched. You must then allow 2 days for delivery of your goods for standard addresses.
