TILGEAR is a family business situated in South Hertfordshire in a town called Cuffley where the Zeppelin came down in the Great War. We have been, for over the last 40 years and still are, serving craftsmen, engineers and tradesmen and the Education and Training sector for over 20 years.

We understand your needs and our policy continues to be one of selling top quality tools at the best possible prices. We are constantly searching out and assessing new and alternative products from around the world.

Payment for mail orders can be made by credit card, debit card or by cheque.

Prices shown in the website are current and will be maintained until a new catalogue is issued. We reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to increase the price of certain items if required.

VAT (at the prevailing rate) is extra on all prices , except books which are zero rated.

Stock availability: We endeavour to hold in stock almost everything shown in our range, with the exception of a very few heavy or specially ordered items. However, in instances where a particular item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on back-order and despatched when available.

Order with confidence: All goods are carefully selected by us and we are sure you will be satisfied with any purchase. However, if an item is not what you expect or require we will happily refund the purchase price. This only applies if the goods are returned carriage paid and unused within 21 days of delivery. (Does not apply to items specially ordered).
